1. Processing Time
All jewelry is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
- Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 1–3 business days
- Made-to-order or custom pieces: Processed within 5–14 business days (depending on design)
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
International Shipping (If Available)
- Delivery time: 7–21 business days
- Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Insurance & Secure Packaging
All jewelry orders are:
- Securely packaged in protective jewelry boxes
- Shipped in discreet outer packaging
- Insured for the full purchase value (where applicable)
For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.
4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $100
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for:
- Import duties
- Taxes
- Customs fees
These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are not included in our shipping fees.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
- Delays due to customs
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
- We cannot guarantee changes after the order is processed.
- Re-shipping fees may apply.
9. Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the packaging and item
- Include your order number
We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or resolution.
